Why ChattyBox exists

We make website AIeasier to ship

We built ChattyBox for agencies and teams that want to connect a website or docs site, test real answers, and launch a useful assistant without rebuilding a RAG stack or starting with a sales call.

Our starting point

The chatbot was only the visible part

We saw teams being asked to deliver an AI experience while still having to build and operate everything behind it.

See the workflow we made simpler

ChattyBox started with a problem we saw web agencies run into again and again: clients wanted an AI chatbot on their site, but building one properly meant rebuilding the same machinery for every project. Someone had to crawl the site, make the content searchable, keep answers grounded, add the widget, and maintain it after launch. The chatbot was only the visible part; the real work was the infrastructure behind it.

The alternatives often made the decision harder. Many were designed for larger enterprise programs, where you talk to sales, wait for a custom quote, and commit before you can properly test the product. That model can make sense for a complex rollout, but it is not a great fit for an agency or small team that wants to create an account, connect a site, ask real questions, and decide for itself.

We built ChattyBox to make that path shorter. Connect your website, docs, or help center, test answers grounded in your content, add the widget, and improve it using the questions visitors actually ask. We handle the retrieval, hosting, and chatbot infrastructure so teams can focus on the site and the people they serve.

The product principle

Connect content. Test real questions. Launch when the answers are ready.

The friction we removed

A chatbot should not become a second product to operate

The visible widget is the easy part. ChattyBox takes care of the repeated infrastructure work behind a useful, source-cited answer.

Build it again

A crawler, retrieval pipeline, citations, widget, and maintenance plan for every client site.

Buy before you test

A sales process and custom packaging can make a simple evaluation feel like a major procurement project.

Own the whole stack

Even after launch, the content pipeline, answer quality, and reliability work remain yours to run.

The shorter path

Create a project, connect content, test answers, and launch a focused assistant without owning the pipeline behind it.

What we believe

Useful should also mean understandable

We are building ChattyBox around the parts of AI support that teams need to trust, evaluate, and maintain in the real world.

Self-serve first

Create an account, connect a URL, and test representative questions before you commit to a rollout.

Grounded by default

Answers stay tied to indexed content, with source citations and fallback behavior when the content does not cover a question.

Transparent enough to evaluate

Visible plan limits and a free starting point make it easier to decide whether ChattyBox fits your work.

Respect the content you own

Your indexed content is used to answer visitors, not to train ChattyBox models. Your site remains the source of truth.

How it works

From client brief to live assistant

ChattyBox keeps the workflow focused: use the content you already publish, prove the answers before launch, and keep the installation lightweight.

01

Connect your content

Add a website, docs site, CMS, or help center URL. ChattyBox indexes the pages you choose to publish.

02

Test real questions

Ask the questions visitors will actually ask and inspect the answer, fallback, and source links.

03

Launch with one script

Add the widget to your site without changing your existing docs, CMS, or support stack.

04

Improve what matters

Use conversations and content gaps to improve the pages and answers your visitors need most.

Built for real visitors: ChattyBox supports 14 widget interface languages, so multilingual support remains part of the product without defining the whole company story.

A focused product by design

The right tool depends on the job

ChattyBox is strongest when you want a focused website or documentation chatbot that you can test yourself and launch without changing your stack.

ChattyBox is a good fit when...

  • You want to sign up and test the product yourself.
  • Your main sources are website, docs, CMS, or help-center content.
  • You care about source citations, visible limits, and a lightweight launch.

You may need something broader when...

  • You are planning a wider enterprise assistant program across custom workflows.
  • You need a full support suite, inbox, or procurement-led implementation.
  • You prefer to evaluate through a dedicated enterprise sales process.
